Maybe you’ve been considering a move to Rochester, Minnesota.
Perhaps you’ve read of the DMC (Destination Medical Center) and how the streets of Rochester will soon be paved in gold. Rochester, Minnesota – the land of ever-flowing milk and honey.
I will admit, it is a pretty nice place to live, always has been – even before we repaved the streets.
Certainly it would make sense to move to Rochester because of the DMC potential, or the already existing world class medical care, or the lowest unemployment in the State (19th lowest in the country), or a violent crime rate that’s less than half the National average. It would even make sense to move to Rochester because Newts restaurant has the best hamburgers and coldest beer around.
But it makes more sense to move to Rochester for days like this. Mid-October, a gentle breeze, blue skies and beautiful fall colors.
